I haven’t found a single company doing all of these today.

Good list but I would say around half the options are important and the other half should be approached with extreme caution (eg. wiki, virtual worlds)

Thanks for sharing this list. Always good to see what the "big boys" are doing. You know if they're investing then there must be some value. Good fodder for case studies.
